Sacred Life Balance herbal tea is our second, complementary, herbal tea that works in conjunction with the Dragon Elixir. We recommend switching between the Dragon Elixir and Sacred Life Balance every five days. A good example would be to use Dragon Elixir for five days and then switch to Balance for the next five and then back to Dragon Elixir. Of course, we are all unique and different humans and the methodologies will work differently for each of us. This is a good way to start and then you may alter the days to accommodate your body.

Preparation: Add total contents to 40 ounces (5 cups) of hot water to a boil and then let cool for three minutes. If you have a temperature-controlled teapot the temperature should be 212°F.

Add the Sacred Life herbal package and steep covered in the refrigerator a minimum of five (5) hours or optimally overnight. Steeping time is important to release the full benefits of the Dragon Elixir.

Pour Sacred Life herbal tea through a strainer or remove the strainer from the teapot and enjoy!
